E-Vidya Academy ("E-Vidya Academy", "we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Kumudini Rout, registered as a Micro Enterprise under the Udyam Registration scheme of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, bearing Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-OD-05-0056948.

We produce supplementary digital learning content — including AI-assisted audio narration, video explanation, illustrated notes, mind-maps, interactive chat-based revision, and self-assessment questions — covering the syllabus followed by school students in Odisha, from Class 1 to Class 10, as well as +2 and +3 level content and certain legal-awareness and special-training modules. All narration, examples, and explanations are independently prepared by our content team in our own original words and structure.

Our content is designed to be used by parents/guardians alongside their child's regular schooling and prescribed textbooks — not as a replacement for either. We do not sell directly to schools, colleges, or students; our subscription is offered to, and paid by, the parent or guardian of the student.
